Ask for a cab, or right across from the exit gate of the airport, then find a different bus routes to go anywhere in the city. Take the bus that say (GERMANIA, CARRERA 4ta, BIBLIOTECA LUIS ANGEL ARANGO, or one that say: CENTRO AV 19), the bus will leave you just a few block from the hostel.
